The term "unit" is used to describe an organized group of Scouts. For Cub Scouts, a unit is a pack. Dens in one area will make a pack and each pack will have an assigned number, called a Unit Number, also called a Pack Number!
This numeral emblem is made to be worn on the official uniform shirt of the Scout uniform.
