Exceptionally sharp and striking in design, the full-tang X-7 Damascus steel blade features a hammered texture that looks stunning and allows food to slide right off the blade for easy slicing and dicing. The balanced, durable octagonal handle comes in a rich blue and black faux-wood-grain pattern and is complemented and secured by a single mosaic rivet. Each knife comes with a deep blue wood magnetic Saya-style sheath that is perfectly shaped to protect the knife's distinct blade.
The 3.5-inch Paring Knife’s shape is similar to that of the much larger chef’s knife, but the smaller size will be more comfortable for precise prep-work that requires increased control.
