Refund policy

At JAX we are committed to the satisfaction of our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns can be made within 30 days of the purchase.

JAX guarantees products to be free of manufacturing defects and will honor manufacturer's warranties. Non-defective items must be in resalable condition with original product packaging and tags. Store credit will be issued as a refund for gift purchases or items returned without a receipt.

 

• Merchandise returned without a receipt will be issued store credit for the lowest selling price
• Returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase 
• Merchandise must be in new condition, with original tags and boxes
