Due to the limited nature of our inventory and the fact that our products are shipped directly from our brick-and-mortar store locations, there may be instances where we are unable to fulfill an order. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund. Refunds cannot be processed over the weekend. For orders placed after 2pm on Friday, refunds will be issued the following Monday. Description

All JAX gift cards can be used at any JAX store location. Currently, gift cards cannot be used for online purchases.

To customize your gift card, please select "Add gift message" to include a personalized message as well as indicate which gift card design you'd like to send based on the associated letter a-q.

Physical gift cards will be mailed to the recipient. Please allow 48 hours for processing and mailing. Please consider delivery transit time when ordering, which can vary.

Free shipping for all gift cards. Includes a JAX sticker.

Not available for in-store pickup. To secure a gift card at a JAX store, please call or visit your nearest location.
