Every Ghost Controls gate opener kit that runs on solar power requires this specification of battery to provide the correct amount of energy. Many kits are not sold with batteries included, meaning the AXBT is frequently purchased with a Ghost Controls automatic gate opener. If you purchased the ABBT2 Battery Box Kit this is a replacement battery that fits in this box and houses two 12v, 7Amp hour batteries.
