Roll it out flat (17-1/4 x 13 in) over standard-sized sinks for larger drying space or unroll it partially in smaller spaces. It takes up less room than traditional drying racks. Unlike cloth dish drying mats, the open design allows space for better airflow and faster drying times. The food-grade silicone surface grips items securely without them scratching and stays in place. The inner stainless steel rods easily support heavier items without warping. It's ideal over the sink or on the counter for dishes, cookware, bakeware, fine china, crystal, porcelain, enamel and non-stick cookware. Food and heat safe (446 deg F), it can be used to wash fresh produce or as an oversized trivet. Roll it up for compact storage.
