Features dual ratchet drive, galvanized aircraft cable, nonslip rubber grip, notch-at-a-time let down, rugged steel ratchet wheel guard, 360 swivel, pulley block and slip hooks with OSHA recommended self-closing latches. For stretching, pulling, lifting or lowering.
