Put the seasonings, water and meat into the hopper and turn the handle and voila, a meat mixture in just minutes. Hopper and four mixing paddles are stainless steel, making them easy to clean and rust-resistant. Includes clear, acrylic PMMa cover. This 20 lb mixer tub measures 11 in L x 10-1/4 in W x 13 in H.
