Similar to a "mezzaluna," the herb and salad chopper re-energizes this traditional specialty tool with a distinctively modern and smart design. In addition to excelling at chopping and mincing leafy herbs such as basil, rosemary, cilantro and parsley, the herb and salad chopper can prep ingredients for salads and makes fast work of chocolate and nuts. The extraordinarily sharp dual blades retract completely inside the tool for the ultimate in safety, blade protection and compact storage between uses.
